Shouldn't games be playable?

I have purchased several games lately that have been unplayable. Shame on the developers and iTunes for putting them up for sale. Hate being scammed. Sure this game is low budget which could be overlooked if it was playable. Cannot complete the spell because the game will not accept a single chosen 'symbol'. What's the point? This is not a working game and should not be for sale.

Promising new game

Really loved the artwork and music and the storyline but like with any new game there are problems. The audio can be buggy sometimes, repeating what was said during moments of action. What I wish it had was a way to save your game and longer game play. The chalk thing i still a bit confusing. What would be nice, something minor, is a highlighting system to make sure you're clicking on what you wanted to click on during conversations or say like during the spell puzzle when selecting a symbol for the floor. for the most time you just clicked on something and hoped it was what you were wanting. Not sure if that made any sense but the point is that this seems like a really great game and can't wait to see what develops in the future.
